While developing Prompto, we tried to provide all information in one single screen. It is an android app and web based tool where user need to select parcel type, as it work with any type of parcel with maximum weight of 15kg. Select the pick-up & destination address which will give estimated time, distance, price and real-time connection between pick-up point & Destination on Google-Map for confirmation.
Drivers get real time notifications, indicating new job has been arrived. Once the job is accepted by the driver, he’ll keep updating his status of completing the job like accepted, started, reached, picked up and delivered.
Users can track the real time position of parcel moving to destination and can also provide feedback, helping rider to improve Prompto experience.
All the riders are also screened through all the necessary government process including criminal background checks. The riders are reviewed throughout their time while in Prompto.
We started the challenge by building the android app and website which can use geo location for pick-up & drop address.
Transporto, a technology based logistics solution that makes intra-city and inter-city pickups and deliveries extremely efficient and reliable.
The user can select pick-up and drop address and can even select vehicle as per requirement. One can track goods in real time, along with getting notifications at each step. The payment method is also seamless, by cash on delivery or online with invoice directly sends in email.
We at Prodio discovered an IOS app Curbside and it hardly took few months with highly enthusiastic and technically skilled team. Our motto was to keep it more user friendly and easy to use.
The app helps user to save time & energy to remove household waste, just by requesting hauler to come and pickup waste bags.
Requesting a hauler is seamless. The user can get his pay amount before requesting for hauler, just by providing the number of bag in the same screen. Once request accepted, payable amount is deducted from user’s Curbside wallet and hauler is assign.
We kept the admin dashboard more use friendly. It provides all information in one screen and as soon as the request arrives, admin can easily assign the nearest hauler to user.
Workweek Wellness has radically changed the healthcare/fitness industry as any organisation can improve and keep track of their employees by daily/weekly/monthly new tasks. Its daily, weekly & monthly task help users to stay fit, healthy and focused.
Using the app, admin can update the task on daily, weekly & monthly basis with image, video and description.
The app is broadly classified into four sections,
Daily Objective – gets update on daily basis with some easy and highly motivated tasks and objectives. User can mark it as completed after he’s done. This also improves the points in wellness objective.
Movement Library – gets update in every week, admin can upload videos so that it will be easier for user to watch and perform. Movement is more one of the most important part for wellness as helps user to stretch his body and burn extra calories.
Workout – gets update every two week with new workout videos which helps user to burn fat and get in shape. As everyone knows workout is the main source to burn fat which help user to get in shape.
Wellness Objective – here task is uploaded every month. User needs to complete this task most importantly to achieve wellness objective of the month.

Finally we started with our first app (Sminq) re-designing process, which we were thinking to start-with since couple of days. The purpose behind doing so, is to know or show why products with great features and designs are still not accepted by the market or still they are behind the bars and didn’t got traction so far what was actually expected. There could be end of number reasons like improper design, lack of understanding of user’s pain points, not so well defined user journeys and so on.
Talking about Sminq, the app allows users to book doctor’s appointment at clinic and avoid standing in queues for long or physically be present to hold one’s spot. Once an appointment is booked using Sminq, user can track live status of queue and can accordingly be present at clinic.
Some key features of the app includes,
• Alert Messages: Users get SMS alert about queue status on real time basis, once appointment is booked.
• QPlus Plan – Once subscribe to QPlus, user can book best slots before they get filled and can also get dedicated support via chat and phone call.
• Save Prescription – User can easily take a snapshot of prescription and can share with doctors as and when required.
• Suggest Clinics – Clinics which are not visible under search box of the app that are nearby of user’s locality, users can suggest and Sminq will onboard those clinics for them.
At Prodio with the help of our designing team or stack, we have just re-designed the app what it look like and tried to present in our own way of defining the app.

OUR PRODUCT IS SO SUPERIOR TO THE STATUS QUO THAT IF WE GIVE PEOPLE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE IT OR TRY IT, IN ANY PLACE IN THE WORLD WHERE GOVERNMENT HAS TO BE AT LEAST SOMEWHAT RESPONSIVE TO THE PEOPLE, THEY WILL DEMAND IT AND DEFEND ITS RIGHT TO EXIST.
Have you seen a salesman who has to unsell? That’s a thing I end up doing most often in my new job.
I run a product design company and work to create very few products in a year. My clients tend to have corporate backgrounds (not IIT freshers). They’ve usually quit their jobs and want to build a digital lead business around a genuine insight. I’m happy to meet them till here.
It’s the elementary problem they’ve not considered. How will you drag the user on the app/website?
A lot of argument goes for them to unlearn the corporatese and realise that digitally onboarding a customer is a series of well linked hypothesis about the user and his psychology. Each hypothesis has a corresponding feature in the product and a corresponding marketing hook to get him inside the app. And all these finally hook the user to the app’s core value proposition. Each of these hypothesis further requires certain minimums in place, untill one final smallest logical unit of offering that needs to get out of the door is defined. Now the budgets are no longer ‘just for an app’. And not just budgets, the human energy, commitment and odds are now at another level. This is when the smart one’s will backoff. The ‘impossible is nothing’ crowd gambles on.
I’m happy to say in 2016, I convinced 3 people to not start a startup. That’s a lot of future unhappiness for a lot of people. Believe me, I know.
