People don’t know what they don’t know and giving free will in those circumstances is just making them reinventing the wheels at organisations (or at their own ) expense.

While as a chief trainer, I’ve been practising a system of every quarter every person climbing a learning curve, and have used nudges effectively into moving those that want to move, I think it is time to make this structure formal through our internal HR platform — NeoHRM.
