At last, an intellectual defence of what I’ve always believed and tried to implement in Prodio. Never shy of nudging.
People don’t know what they don’t know and giving free will in those circumstances is just making them reinventing the wheels at organisations (or at their own ) expense.
While as a chief trainer, I’ve been practising a system of every quarter every person climbing a learning curve, and have used nudges effectively into moving those that want to move, I think it is time to make this structure formal through our internal HR platform — NeoHRM.
