All the senior engineers from DevOps, Architects, Product Leads, Delivery & Ops managers and myself come together 45 min every thursday for a free flowing meeting on stack related issues, code, design patterns, infrastructure, security, bottlenecks, tools , effectiveness, what needs to be done or undone etc.
This is the arrow head of engineering culture that is evolving in Prodio. This is also where leadership emerges as problems are seen, thought about, solved and more tools processes and benchmark get incorporated into the work culture.
